I have been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years: running my own classes, managing studios and hosting retreats. I am also a qualified personal trainer; passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and full of energy.

For me, group fitness is more than just exercise - it’s a community where is everyone is welcomed and supported. It’s our happy place!

I am trained and qualified in a wide range of programs, including:

  • Exercise to Music

  • Pilates, Fitness Pilates & Beginners Pilates

  • Aqua Fit & Body Conditioning

  • Lift Lean & Walk Fit

  • Buggy Beat (a cross-training class for mums and babies)

  • Flex

  • Meno Fit (tailored for women’s health and wellbeing)

Alongside teaching, I also offer Indian Head Massage as part of private sessions for relaxation and stress relief.
