I have been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years: running my own classes, managing studios and hosting retreats. I am also a qualified personal and small group trainer in Fitness Pilates and I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and full of energy.
For me, group fitness is more than just exercise - it’s a supportive community where is everyone is welcomed. It’s our happy place!
